Top Comment: I have like a monthly email battle with transpenine when they cancel every train back from Newcastle and tell me it doesnt count as delay because its cancellation so go to the ticket office, who tell me no thats not true go to transpenine, fun little game. Sometimes they just throw out a random number, sometimes they wont pay, sometimes its full refund.
